Shipping & delivery
How discreet is your shipping?
Plain unmarked box with no logos or brand names. Return address shows 'Lemonpleasure LLC' only. Packaging is completely discreet and private.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Express 1–2 day shipping available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days with all duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. All duties and customs fees are prepaid at checkout, so no surprises at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days for full refund, free return shipping included. We accept returns on used items — refunds don't depend on condition. All returned products are recycled responsibly.
Is there a product warranty?
Two years on every device. Coverage includes motor failure, battery issues, silicone separation, and manufacturing defects. Repairs and replacements ship free.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We send a replacement the same day in most cases with prepaid return shipping.
